Location is ok depending where you need to go. For me, it was close to our office, therefore it was good.
What stood out the most, and left a negative impression with everyone in the party, was the check-in process, which:
1)It required all of us to scan a QR code and fill out information, etc. I had never been to a hotel that "forced" customers into this, certainly not a hotel that claims to be four stars. It's ok to offer, but to make everyone do it was definitely a big negative, especially when the stuff is just "looking at you" whilst you do it (in any other hotel it would be the reception stuff doing the necessary).
2)Even though I had booked a room for two, it was just me travelling. The QR code process however kept giving an error as, because it was a booking for two originally, I had to enter a second name, even if I was alone. Clearly the technology is deficient, which makes the whole experience even more annoying.
3)No water in the room, nor anything available in the mini bar (I don't believe there was one, at least not that I cam remember). Again, first hotel I experience this, a bottle of water seems to be the most basic thing, for what they charge this would certainly be a nice thing to do.
I appreciate there may be challenges beyond the hotel's control sometimes but it feels that everything negative here was deliberate, therefore I do not recommend.
