"I really appreciate upgrade to room sea view. But on the night of our stay was very strong wind and omg felt like windows will fall out, we stayed up all night. Room was freezing. In the no when I did check why the wind noise was sooo bad I realised there was a massive gap between window and frame. On the check out girl asked how was my stay and when I said it was just alright, she wasn’t bothered to ask why and skipped to next question. I could point out issue we had but there was a guest in front of me who was talking about the same situation and girl at reception offered her blanket and heater, sounds like it’s on good problem in hotel with windows and stuff can’t be ask to deal with it."

"The receptionist is very responsive and professional. Anything we asked (toothbrush, toothpaste, ice and then another extra bucket of ice!) they gave it to us promptly. The spa was great, it had two hot tubs that were regularly empty, so you can enjoy one whole hot tub alone with your friends/partner/family; there was a steam room and a sauna and plenty of sofas around the spa where you can cool off; the swimming pool is also only a few steps away, so you can plunge into the cold after the hot treatment. Unfortunately though, there was no available spaces for the treatments (facial, massage, mani/pedi, etc), so I recommend booking beforehand to ensure you get yours. One complaint is that our room's window was stuck and it couldn't be opened, so if it's proper summer weather, it can be difficult to stay there. "

"Magnificent hotel, spotlessly clean and superb service. Our room was a junior suite, which we thought was slightly smaller than we expected it to be."

"Loved our stay at Leonardo! The room was clean and quiet, they cleaned the room every day, the hotel is so close to the railway station. We had absolutely no complaints. Upon our early arrival, Mihai was so kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back. Thank you!"

"The room was very clean and tidy and the location was excellent! The waiter was kind and courteous! The price is very high! Because of the relationship between the high-rise, you can also see the sea view, which is very pleasant!"

"The hotel is super good, the room is quite big, very clean, two steps to the beach and the bus station, a little far from the train station, but the overall is very quiet and comfortable. The recommended breakfast shop is delicious. I also have a lot of snacks, love."

WWillHastingsThe Leonardo Waterfront was the perfect choice for meeting family in Brighton. We felt relaxed immediately - the staff are friendly and helpful, and the foyer (despite being huge and open plan) has lots of cosy areas for a drink or meal. The rooms were spacious, very well-equipped and clean - one with a great sea view and the other with an internal window overlooking the foyer, which sounds unusual and potentially dark, but was actually lovely and, due to the glass ceiling, not oppressive at all. We had everything we needed; large comfy bed, good shower, fancy coffee, a fridge, a guide book to Brighton and complimentary water.  The location is great too. The main entrance is on seafront, close to the pier, and the rear doors lead straight to the Lanes, with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants within metres. The gym, pool, steam room and sauna were nice to use as well - like the rest of the hotel, clean and well-looked after with attentive staff. The only minor issue was that our key card disconnected a few times despite keeping it away from phone and electronics. It wasn’t too bad having to go to Reception to have it reset from the first floor, but might’ve been annoying from a room the fourth floor! Everything else more than made up for that though - thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay!

GGuest UserStaff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.nice quiet hotel.has it's own car park but only a handful of spaces.the spaces are packed so close together that you can barely get your door open let alone get out of the car.we were told to reverse into space but then had no room to open boot to get luggage out.plus you pay extra to park but you can come and go as you please if you can get back in your car.nice idea and cheaper than car parks but literally no room to maneover car.hotel room was clean, neat& tidy but very dated.bathroom looked shabby and needs an update but was clean.could hear music, snoring from man in next room.picked a Seaview room which was lovely, however next morning windows had so much condensation we couldn't see out..only open a couple of inches too.need a squeegee to wipe windows.unfortunately despite the comfy bed I didn't sleep great as being on seafront traffic was non stop all night.however I loved the hotel and would stay again.breakfast we were given a time slot for and the food was very nice.very well situated right near the i360 tower which is well worth a visit

IIsabelWe had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with some towel art and cake! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a beautiful view.  Only comments would be the lack of complementary water and mini-fridge the room. The AC took a while to become cold, but it got there eventually.  Overall, we had a great trip and don’t regret picking this hotel!

GGuest UserEverything was very beautiful, very cozy attention to detailing very tasteful decor. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart with us. Location is good. Breakfast was ok. Comes with slippers and a bathrobe , although one of our bathrobes were dirty inside with toothpaste. The facilities need here and there an update, it was very windy outside and the windows let through a lot of cold. There’s some tiles on the bathroom floor fallen and for the price it was one would expect it being properly cleaned specially the toilet around mirrors and windows

GGuest UserI visited with my granddaughter for her birthday treat , unfortunately it was the weekend of the bad storm . We were disappointed there was no TV in the room or anywhere else in hotel , also the bedroom window didn't close properly and the wind and rain howled in all night . The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast , although again we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open and we had to brave the storm to get our evening meal .

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
