"the service staff is nice,they introduce the facility and room induction so carefully and the room is so clean and bright, it's a good place for the sport and enthusiasts they have golf,gym,swimming pool, soccer field, tennis beside the hotel,but the surrounding doesn't have too much restaurants to choose"

"This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again."

"Beautiful view from room, lobby staff all looking sharp, service effective most of time, keen to solve problem when you bring the problem to their face. Yet first resort/hotel I encountered that seemingly outsourced their phone service to somewhere else, every time I call, in room or outside, I would be told a “case” would be lodged in the system and passed to other staff who didn’t actually show up to fix the problem. In the very contrary if you go to the lobby and talk to the sharp looking folks there they get you problem solved/question answered right away. Odd."

"Very comfortable, beautiful scenery, you can cook by yourself, kitchen utensils are complete, you can go down to the swimming pool downstairs, the only drawback is that the transportation is inconvenient, the station is a bit away, and there is a departure every hour"

"Nothing to complain about the accommodation itself. Everything is fine: location, cleanliness. But it was one of my worst travel experiences so far. I stayed in a 10 bed female dorm. There were only 3 occupied beds that night. One girl brought a man to the room and had sex on the upper bed at 5 am in the morning. I was really shocked. It was the guest problem so I am not blaming the hostel. I'm just writing what happened that night."
