"Loved the bright & beautiful decor of the whole lobby plus room & always pleasant smell of the air in Ashley Sabang. Though the breakfast area has limited seating & food variety, we felt that these are sufficient. The Deluxe Triple Room fr 3 adults were spacious enough & clean. Though we appreciate the medium-sized fridge available in our room & the chill it provides for our drinks, the continuous whirring noise may be disturbing during sleep at night, esp for light sleepers. Overall, it was a satisfying stay."

"Amazing venue and services! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and rich. Fully recommend going to KITA restaurant, a very high quality Japanese food. Super informative reception, willing to help with other recommendations as well. The room was amazing, especially the suites. A great value for money!"

"We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that."

"The hotel was in-between 3-4 star. The room size is small. It was a clean hotel. The staff is unfriendly and I don't know how many people review it as friendly. Very little English they know and rude. Breakfast is limited"

"The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. "Hotel location was great. Walking distance to sawah besar train station. Dominos pizza across the road. Fantastic entertainment outlet right next door. Room wasn’t that great. Blanket was thin. Only 2 very soft pillows. Toilet was too low for my liking. The whole room looked jaded. But will stay again for the great location."
