GGuest UserCheck in struggled to figure out how to simply charge us for the two rooms we booked together, half checking us in and then make us wait in another queue so they could check us in to our second room! The bathroom could have benefited from a better cleaner.

Ccarolina henglerThe hotel is really old. Even when it is clean, looks like dirty, because it is too old. The wall are not sound proof, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything outsite. It is like there was no wall. Also there is a huge proble of humidity in the apartment. When I arrive in the afternoon at the ap, the floor was weat from humidity.

LLFrankThis resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

GGuest UserLocation is near to surfer paradise north tram station. Nice ocean view. 1 aircon was leaking, the other aircon had noises. Housekeeping didn't turn up, we stayed for 7 nights. Dish washing detergent and sponge were not provided, we are unable to wash utensils at the kitchen. The dishwasher does not get the utensils clean...

SShannan LeeThe location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people. The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests. I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests. The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾 We'll definitely be returning.

MMelzza23Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

GGuest UserFirstly, the room was excellent, ultra clean with bath and shower. The sheets were exemplary, bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Bar fridge and microwave, toiletries in the bathroom. Towels excellent. Airconditioning excellent. I was excited to see a very large, modern wide screen TV with onboard Android system. Disappointed that no internet connection (so I could have used my own passwords for my streaming services. Even more disappointed that there was no aerial connected, but I had brought my own tech and internet. I just switched off the TV. Imagine my extreme displeasure to board the 3rd floor lift at 05:00 to have the doors closed - but no button worked! I WAS TRAPPED IN THE LIFT!!! I pressed the yellow emergency button for 5 seconds - no answer - pressed multiple times. I phoned the hotel main number, so they could press the lift call button - no answer. I phoned the 24/7 emergency 1300 number. The operator said she would send someone out - who would phone me with an ETA. Getting anxious, being 60 years old with a heart condition, I dialled 000 to call the POLICE! The dispatcher commended me on remaining so calm. I assured her, being very hot in cramped spaces with very little air was definitely not conducive to my remaining calm. They said to call 000 back if I got out before the fire brigade arrived. Five minutes later I heard voices outside. Someone heard my banging on the lift doors and cries for help. I GOT OUT That night the guy on reception said sorry. I explained that, although the room was marvelous - and that I did eventually get out, a man of my age and I'll health could have died - why wasn't anyone on duty to answer the damn lift emergency phone? He said he was sorry.
