The front desk also very helpful that help me to solve when I out of cash but I need to pay the ehailing fee. They always having a smiling face to every customer. The room also been upgraded for us. The city view in the room is breathtaking so I would strongly recommend this hotel again.

The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

GGuest UserWe did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling.
Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

RRuel HGI was pleasantly surprised that this hotel exceeded my expectations. But there are points to improve on so I could only give 4 stars:
• Towels are old and becoming gray. They need to be replaced.
• Ground floor amenities are under construction and could not be used.
• Signs indicating that the breakfast room was moved to the mezzanine were not easily visible.
• A friend’s key would not work because the lock was low-bat. We had to run down to the front desk twice to get inside the room.

Ssurfman678The services at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the fitness facilities and dinner offerings, which were both of high quality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—their smiles were like sunshine, and it was evident that they are well-trained and dedicated to providing a positive guest experience.
However, I was not entirely satisfied with the room. It had a large pillar in the middle, which was inconvenient and affected the overall layout. Additionally, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and night due to heavy traffic outside the windows. To make matters worse, it seemed that part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, and the constant noise from electric hammers was disruptive and made it difficult to relax.
Despite these issues, I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff that I convinced two of my colleagues to switch to your hotel for their stay. The well-trained team truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

One of the facilities that we think is really worth visiting. The food at the restaurant is also quite varied with a pretty good taste. Thank you Kuretakeso. We will be back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel location was great as it was close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Mall all within walking distance. But acesssibility to the hotel was a bit confusing as there multiple entrances, some of which were closed. The Grab drivers had trouble accessing the hotel. While the hotel amenities were great, the room was a bit too small for my liking and it looked slightly dated. There was no charging USB port and the bathroom was also tiny.

BBIN SAIMFirst stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner.
Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.
