Welcoming reception desk. Close to airport and pedestrian street. Looks like most of the rooms (at least the floor I stayed in) are mostly twin beds meant for tour groups.

Very good location just close to the airport around 1.5 kilometers distance, I was taking a bus to the hotel when I arrived and walk to the airport directly when I left

Location although near to Airport but not very near because of the traffic. Room not clean and lack of maintenance. A few group of Chinese tourist spoil the breakfast mood. Chinese tourist too noisy and rude. Stay away from them if possible. Car Park is away from the Hotel building, so should you like to park and carry luggage not so convenient for couple.

Customer Service was nice and room was clean and spacious. Only problem was there was no access to an air conditioner and windows are not allowed to open, wish there was an option for a fan for proper ventilation and it was kind of hot inside the room during our stay. We were able to dine at the breakfast buffet area and the food selection was okay for the price. Overall nice and located conveniently near the convenience stores and the shopping area and restaurants. Will surely recommend it.

Service is bad. We were allocated a room with broken floor tiles. After complaining we were moved to another room where housekeeping don’t even bother to clean the room or make the bed. They just changed towels and put the quilt over the bed. Pillows were left the way we left them. Floor was dirty as it was not vacuumed. We even lost a bag and all the manager said was they didn’t see it.
Never go for this hotel. I requested for late check out and they agreed and said I could check out at 1 pm.
Upon check out, the manager insisted on charging me for late check out. She apologises for not informing me of the charge in advance but insisted that I pay up. Of course, I refused.

The hotel is very close to airport and center of the town. But the bed sheets was dirty and tv can not be function

Over all experience I will rate it 5/10
Aside from a good and respectful staff, if they can improve english conversation,
Room service they would do it depends when you ask to make up your room, yet they don't usually vacuum the carpets daily
But I like the place, its near the airport and car rentals
Its right there in the corner
Yet. the parking lot is across the street, need to walk and freeze outside 😅
