The room is on a hill slope with a balcony that boasts a great mountain view. It is worth coming here just for the view alone. Buggies are on-call throughout the day for rides between the hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel rooms. Yes, the place is big.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel is quite stingy with the minibar. I booked a stay for three nights but the minibar is free only once.

Wonderful room with beautiful mountain views. Spacious and clean, very functionally well layout. Rested so well with comfortable mattress.
Located in an exclusive area, needs to take about 5 mins drive to city.

Service was very good and we were provided with a room at the highest point of the hotel, which gave us a great view of the mountains. Breakfast location was also great and we were given a complimentary bear at check out!

Pretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.

very nice hotel, and you will be going around hotels with a buggy ride. Staffs are all amazing the room view too. Around the hotels also have some restaurants and shops you can check into. definitely will come back for a stay! worth the prices!!

The environment was quiet and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was nice with a large variety of food. The staff were all very kind, in particular, Darcy gave my little daughter a little gift that made her very happy!
