Excellent location. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tea and coffee station in the lounge area was always well-maintained, and being able to take a cup to go for free was a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, excellent staff - pricey for what you got, but if you stay in a hub you know what you are getting. We stayed for a couple of nights, I think if you wanted to stay longer you would want a bit more space and a kettle in the room. We stayed last summer and the rooms were half the price which meant it was a good deal, at this price point, if we could be bothered to look I am sure we would have got more for our money. However this was a couple of days in London at relatively short notice so the visit worked well for us.

Easy hotel stay at central location. Room was clean, bed was comfy, mirrors & lighting perfect for getting ready. The hotel was quiet so we slept like babies. Continental breakfast was good to get the day started. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was compact but exceptionally well thought out. There was space for all our things, places to hang out jackets and store out bags. The bed was really comfortable and the site conditioning kept the room at a good temperature. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Centrally located in London with easy access to transport links. A warm welcome from staff, we were early but staff offered to store our bags until check in time. A lovely room, I liked all the the room controls on one bed panel. Good continental breakfast, all you could eat & drink. Definitely found our go to hotel for our London trips.

Great location and friendly staff . Rooms are small but very compact and have everything you need . We arrived early and were able to leave luggage and again when we checked out which was great . The bar staying open till 2 also great for a nightcap after our night out .
