Although it was an upgrade, the upgrade was just adding a few beds, which was meaningless for me who was traveling alone. The room was in the corner, very close to the river next to it, and it felt very humid. I repeatedly communicated with the hotel but could not change it back to the booked room, so I had to make do with it. The hotel front desk closed at 5 o'clock. If you encounter any situation, such as the TV not turning on, you can only figure it out yourself. What's more bizarre is that when I was still in the room the next morning, someone swiped the card and opened the door without knocking. The response to the front desk was also inconclusive.
