Excellent location. Close walking distance to lots of things and to the underground train/metro. We had a leak after rain in the room, and we were promptly moved rooms. Breakfast was fine, once you find what you like, porridge isn't what European people are used to. Coffee in china is weaker than what most Europeans are used to. Coffee and tea are available all the time. It is located on the 4th floor, which isn't so bad. Get an elevator up to reception. The ground floor area is set up like a UK post box and seat and pictures on the wall. The only thing I would say is that it is the same for every hotel, not enough hooks or towel rails to hang up towels. Or if you have washing to air dry.

The location is fantastic. Just directly beside the pedestrian street. Room was comfortable and have the necessary amenities.

I love the location. Walking distance to Popmart, miniso, and also xintiandi (30mins walk). Room service is super nice, staff is friendly.

Overall the service cleanliness was good.There are a lot of good things,especially the massage chair where you can get a massage after a long day of shopping.I’ll give it a 5 star.

Location is convenient and good however the room is abit out dated especially the lighting in the room is very dark and hotel only has one lift to lobby and need to transfer lift from lobby to room.

The location is excellent, close to the bund and very convenient for exploring the city.
Although the king room I booked was located one floor above and required walking up a short staircase, the hotel staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up and down. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and attentive service.
The superb location and helpful service made the overall experience pleasant. A good option if you value convenience and friendly staff

Superb location with eatery shops around, and located at Nanjing East Road. They allowed us for early check in even though we arrived around 1pm, and able to extend till 2pm. Will stay again for next visit.

the room is cleaned very nicely upon our arrival. the staff tried arranging for early checkin and allowed us to store luggage when we arrive early. A very pleasant trip and will stay again!
