前台服務態度非常不好，準備入住的時候能説我沒有下單，然後呢，問我是不是退了，我説沒有，然後他就是覺得我就是退了，而且我是屬於入住兩天的，也沒有提醒我第二天要重新刷卡，第二天回房間後發現刷卡刷不了，才發現是還要再去前台刷一次卡，正常住兩天的話，你要麼就給卡搞兩天的權限，要麼就是提醒我第二天的話也要到前台再去重新刷卡，環境什麼的話都還可以，主要就是服務態度特別的不好，前台服務員會甩臉色

服務極差，本來是接待我的，結果來了一個大哥，就因為人家是洗澡的，跑人家那去了，然後讓我交按金300，其他酒店人家都是100，300也就算了，我在那舉了半天付款碼前台才收，房間環境也極差，空調滴水管滴水，下面接了個桶，半夜滴答滴答的根本睡不着，洗漱台水龍頭流水也極慢。

酒店性價比很高，就是半夜被蚊子咬醒了，房間裏連蚊香片都沒有，希望酒店能改進一下，不要以為天冷了，就沒有蚊子了。

垃圾的很，酒店未提供熱水，説是半夜修水管，停水，一直到退房都沒來水，也沒有減免房費。客房經理服務態度差，以後不會再來了
